A Family Centered Dance & Tumbling Education

Acrobatics-
This is a fun class where we mix tumbling tricks with dance techniques. In this class students will learn a fun routine that combines both dance and tumbling. In our acrobatics class students will work on basic tumbling tricks, flexibility, endurance, strength, core work, and dance techniques.

Adult Classes-
We have been offering adult classes on an as requested basis and they have been a HUGE success! Currently we offer adult clogging, but we are always open to offering more. Our adult clogging class is taught by a fun and energetic instructor who breaks down the moves, so everyone can feel confident in their abilities. It’s NEVER too late to pick up a knew skill! Our adults range from beginner to returning dancers and it's always a fun time for all.

Ballet-
Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. Within this class dancers learn grace, poise, and the technique needed to be proficient in all other areas of dance. Ballet classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, fitness, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

Cheer-
Cheer is great class for anyone who wants to learn cheerleading or for those who want to perfect their skills. Within this class students will learn cheers, motions, jumps, kicks, voice projection, and beginning tumbling.

Clogging-
Clogging is a blend of energetic rhythmic steps with upper body movements. It is like tap in which the dance form follows a certain cadence. Students in this class should expect to learn different steps, facials, arm motions, as well as building their stamina.

Jazz-
This technical class combines traditional jazz with the ever-changing styles of today. Jazz is a particular technique deriving from ballet with a sharper edge. Typically, this class is very energetic with a focus on precise form and precision.

Hip Hop-
Hip Hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking, and tutting. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements.

Predance-
This is our beginning dance class offered to anyone ages 15 months to 3 years of age. This class is done with an adult buddy and allows the students to grow their social skills as well as develop their gross motor skills. This class mixes ballet technique with some beginning tumbling techniques to ensure the students have a fun time.

Production-
This is an advanced class comprised of different level combinations. Students must take either ballet and/or jazz to participate in this class. Within this class students will learn a routine that mixes all forms of dance together into one grand routine. This class meets monthly on Saturday mornings, making it is slightly different than our typical weekly class, but it's still just as fun!

Tap-
In this class students develop rhythm, style, and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap exercises focusing on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.

Solos/Duos/Trios-
These are extra dances that students can elect to participate in. These dances are done in the recital, and they also have the option to compete these at 5 different competitions throughout the dance season. Students may also qualify and participate at nationals if they wish to do so.
